What is the material of the products?
Each product is made from a different material. Most of our products are genuine leather. You may read the details on description page of each product.
What is the difference between GLAM and YOUZ cases?
GLAM cases are made of metallic leather. They are shiny and eye catching. YOUZ cases are not shiny and very much more durable. Due to their unique aesthetic texture, metallic-finish leathers are more delicate compared to our other series. For this reason, some users may experience wear over time, depending on usage habits.
Will the metal letters tarnish?
Our letters and symbols are titanium-plated for durability. To help preserve their finish, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume, alcohol, creams, bleach, and other harsh chemicals.
Are the letters removable?
Yes. All letters and symbols are removable and can be rearranged as you wish.
Can I add more than two letters?
Absolutely. Additional letters and symbols can be purchased separately and added to your cart.
Which iPhone models do you support?
We currently produce cases for iPhone 11 and newer models. Availability may vary depending on the collection.
What Are the Most Common Ordering Mistakes?
Selecting the wrong phone model
Please double-check your iPhone model before placing your order. Cases are made specifically for the model selected at checkout, and different iPhone models require different case sizes.
Entering an incorrect shipping address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers using Shop Pay occasionally check out with an outdated or incomplete address saved to their account.
Entering an incorrect email address
Order confirmations and tracking information are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Incorrect personalization selections
Before placing your order, please review your selected letters and charms carefully. Personalized items are made to order, and production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
No. Our leather cases are not MagSafe compatible.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Many of our products are restocked periodically. However, some collections, colors, and limited-edition releases may not return once sold out.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Shipping options are displayed during checkout. Available options may include Ground and Express delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@umbiclubofficial.com.
What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?
The carrier will typically attempt delivery again or leave instructions for collection. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, use, alterations, damage, or missing packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your unused product and place a new order.
How do I start a return?
Please email info@umbiclubofficial.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Which products are not eligible for return?
Products that show signs of wear, use, scratches, marks, stains, alterations, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at info@umbiclubofficial.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
