DELIVERY

Your requests can be  processed before the shipment. The tracking numbers are created after the order is placed and we take 15 business days to deliver as this is a handmade custom product. Until that time the tracking numbers are untraceable and this is normal. 

Our delivery time for the USA is 15 business days. This information is shown before you purchase clearly. The status of your package can be tracked with the tracking number that will be given to when you place your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for shipped goods.

Shipping fee is added to the invoice price. The BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay these costs in advance. 

After the payment is made, the delivery time of the package may vary depending on your address and we promise for 15 business days. Except the busy period of the year like Christmas time, Thanksgiving. and etc. 

The SELLER is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product during shipment. The BUYER has the right not to accept the shipment when the product is damaged. If there is any damage or loss of use that may occur in the product due to shipment transportation, the BUYER must attach a damage determination report (record) from the shipping company representative and add it to the product/products to be returned, before approving the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the responsibility for damage or loss of use caused by shipping compnay will be the BUYER's and the product cannot be returned.
